Perceiving The Spirit Realm Activation
Spirit School
Here are a few steps that can be used as a tool to open our hearts to the presence of our heavenly-realm secret place with Jesus. If this is your first time doing something like this, it’s ok to not have anything happen.

Some may find it helpful to have a note pad and pen to hand, to jot anything down that you think significant or take notes of things you sense or imagine during this time. It is often good to come back to these notes for comparison and a reminder of how you have grown in this gift.

In the new testament there is an account of the blind man being healed gradually (Mark 8:24 - 25), which I believe is as much a lesson on gaining spiritual sight, as it is for gradual healing prayer. At the beginning of his healing, the man saw things that looked like trees. As Jesus continued to heal him, the man saw the people around him clearly. I believe this is an analogy to a way our spiritual sight can develop.
At first nothing may happen and perhaps gradually we begin to perceive spirit, but not clearly. With practice we can begin to see clearly, as we continue to practice our spiritual gifts and go deeper with the voice/spirit of Jesus Christ. So if at first, you do not see or experience anything, I encourage you to continue and try again at a later time. Activations can also be returned to and tried time and time again.

The important thing is to open your heart to the Holy Spirit and enjoy his presence.
Make yourself comfortable, God wants to enjoy his time with you!
Without distraction, create an environment around you where your heart is most open to the Holy Spirit. For some this will be quietness and stillness in nature, or in the comfort of your own home. For others it will be listening to your favourite worship playlist or other methods to focus on God.
If at any point you want to exit the heavenly realm experience, you can. Your spirit is subject to you and you are in control. Holy Spirit will not be grieved: he is gracious, compassionate and understanding. The very fact you are willing to try this pleases his heart, even if nothing happens. Be blessed!
Below is a prayer that you may find helpful. You may find it useful to read through the prayer before praying it, to familiarise yourself with the words. As you do, open your heart to the Holy Spirit and allow yourself to enter God’s rest.

Father in heaven, I love you.
Thank you that you love me.
Holy Spirit I welcome you and I love you.
Jesus, I honour and love you.
Holy Spirit, I pray you open the eyes of my heart to see.
Take a deep breath and allow God's peace to fill you.
As you exhale, say “Jesus”.
As you breath in again, allow the peace of God to fill you.
You can repeat this to focus your mind on Jesus and God’s peace.

Holy Spirit I ask you to take me to my private place with Jesus.

Allow the Holy Spirit to carry your imagination. Allow his peace to fill you and spend as long as you want in this place of rest.
